Jess has more than two decades of experience in ecology. Her work includes state and federal environmental review, wetland delineation and monitoring, rare-species habitat assessment, aerial photograph interpretation, and vegetation community mapping. Jess offers services to a wide variety of clients, including utility companies, mining companies, and municipalities as well as local, state, and federal agencies.
